Aim: To summarize current recommendations and the state of knowledge on vaccination of pregnant women against influenza, pertussis, and Covid-19, and to highlight evidence on the efficacy and safety of vaccination during pregnancy. Materials and Methods: A systematic literature review of studies published between 2014 and 2024 in the PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar, and NCBI databases was conducted. Of the total number of 31 studies found, 10 that met our required conditions were included. The inclusion criteria were peer-reviewed articles dealing with vaccination during pregnancy. Data selection and extraction were performed in accordance with PRISMA recommendations. Conclusions: Vaccination of pregnant women appears to be a safe and effective way to protect mothers and their offspring. Emphasis should be placed on raising awareness and education in clinical practice.
